Here’s what you can expect from our recruitment process:
A 30-minute call with someone from our People & Operations team to review your application and further explore what we’re both looking for.
A 60 to 90-minute interview with your future team lead and a direct colleague to explore how you would explore some of the challenges in your future day-to-day. You’ll likely be asked to prepare a short assignment for this stage.
A 45-minute conversation with our CEO to further align on topics such as our values and mission, role expectations, and growth goals.
