A relaxed, invite-only happy hour for CAPIO attendees to connect, share ideas, and unwind with fellow local government communications professionals.
We’re excited to have been invited to speak at this upcoming IAP2 webinar. In this session, we’ll discuss how community engagement is most effective when it encourages meaningful dialogue and involves the people impacted in decision-making. We’ll also share practical approaches to deepen participation and strengthen relationships with communities.
As the deliberative wave moves at different speeds across the world, democratic innovations are being tested in real-time. Will public deliberation rise to the challenge? Go Vocal will be contributing to the conference programme and co-hosting a workshop called "Zoomed In, Zoomed Out. Connecting mini and maxi publics" aimed at connecting deliberative dots – online and off – for stronger democratic legitimacy.
Headlined “Think Digital. Act Human. Digital Humanism for City, Economy & Science”, DigitalCity.Wien is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. In addition to the exciting panels being organized, we are hosting an interactive session in cooperation with Urban Innovation Vienna the city's climate and innovation agency, and the City of Vienna. Participants can gain more insights into the City of Vienna's engagement platform and we'll discuss the potential of AI in community engagement.
